How to reach a person: message the host through the trip for anything about the car, and open a support case for anything about the platform.

There are two channels, and picking the right one is the difference between an answer in minutes and an answer tomorrow.

Message the host for anything about the car itself — where to meet, how the roof works, whether you can take it on the ferry, running late for handover. Every booking has its own thread. The host sees it immediately.

Open a support case for anything the host cannot settle: a payment or refund, an account or verification problem, a dispute, a listing that looks wrong, or a host who is not responding. Cases get a reference in the form SUP-XXXXXXXX and are tracked until they are closed. You can see the status of yours at any time from the help centre.

Email. Ayonko sends booking mail from a no-reply address, so replying to it will not reach anyone. Use a support case instead — it attaches your account and your trip to the request, which a reply to an email cannot do.

There is no telephone line. Everything is handled in writing so that what was agreed is on the record, attached to the trip, and readable by whoever picks the case up next.
